If you are signed in to your customer account, the shipping costs will be calculated automatically to your destination for the purchased items.

How fast does Classic Cycle City ship my order?
Usually, we ship items we have in stock from our warehouse within 1-2 business days of your order.

Does Classic Cycle City guarantee shipment or delivery dates?

We want to give you the best available service, but we cannot guarantee shipment or delivery dates. If you need your order delivered by a specific date, please write a comment during the check out process or send us an email with your order number. Please, be sure, we do our best to make sure the ordered item arrives by your requested date, but Classic Cycle City cannot guarantee a particular shipment or delivery date. If your item does not arrive by the requested date Classic Cycle City will not issue a refund or credit.
Does Classic Cycle City require signature on deliveries?
We ship all orders with insurance, so your signature on recipt is needed.

Does Classic Cycle City ship to P.O. Boxes?
Normally, we do not. But if it is necessary for you, please write a comment during the checkout process or drop us an email. Please note that the average P.O. Box delivery time is normally up to 10 days

How long does it take for a package to be delivered once shipped?
We offer GLS and DHL shipments. During the checkout process you will see the different shipping options with shipping dates. Allow an additional 1 to 2 days order processing time for in-stock items.

What shipping carriers does Classic Cycle City use?
All national and international order will be sent with GLS and DHL. Normally, we ship within the European community with GLS, except Islands. Rest of the world, we ship DHL.

Does Classic Cycle City ship worldwide?
We do not ship worldwide anymore.
Due to slow customs service and many tracking and shipping problems, we do not ship worldwide anymore. We are just tired to solve problems for what we are not responsible. You can see the list of available countries during checkout.

Does Classic Cycle City ship with insurance?
Yes, we ship all orders with insurance, no exceptions.

Does Classic Cycle City ship by Cash on Delivery (COD)?
So far, we do not offer this service for international shipments.
